memcached keeps getting disabled

On my site hosted on SiteGround, the memcached toggle keeps getting disabled and the object-cache.php file also keeps getting deleted. No idea why. When I disable the plugin code that deletes the file, it won’t be disabled but then you can’t disable it at all.

Why does this keep happening on my site. When I enable memcached usually after a few hours the object-cache.php file is deleted.
