Memory (dialogue) does not work

Hi!

I like everything about the plugin but one crucial thing. The memory function does not work, despite enabling it. My setting says that it should remember the last 250 messages, and there is no lack of tokens. The chatbot never remembers previous messages and it is impossible to have a dialgoue. I have tried asking the support for many months without a response. Please help me.
