Memory limit error, can not login

    After wordpress upgrade I cannot log in into wp-admin and I get error Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 8040 bytes) in /nfsmnt/hosting1_1/a/0/a0779608-cd3e-4760-829e-888e70449a7d/klbkoviny.sk/web/wp-content/plugins/broken-link-checker/core/core.php on line 0

    Front end is working. my php memory limit on my host is setup to 256MB and php maxsize is 96 MB. Could anybody help me? Thank you

    Based on the error message, the PHP memory limit is actually 64 MB (67108864 bytes = 64 MB). Maybe you could try increasing it?

    As I wrote, I did set up my php memory limit on my host by my self and it is 256MB – max limit they are offering.

    Yet the error message shows that in practice PHP is using a significantly lower limit. Are you sure WordPress is configured to make use of all the available memory? WP has it’s own memory limit settings.
