    This is not a WooCommerce plugin issue. But in general if you want something always in the same location on the window port, use “fixed” position in your CSS.

    thx, but i don’t know programming or CSS… i was thinking more in a pluggin… do u know some about that??

    There is no plugin for this because this is dependent on your theme/site design/layout.
