Menu and Page Layout HELP!!

Hi!

I am setting up a new site and am having two issues:

1. My Menu/Navigation has disappeared. I have double checked the settings and everything looks accurate. If you select the Contact Me button on the header it says “menu” on the right sidebar but it is not clickable.

2. I would like to make all the pages appear as sections on the Main page, any advice?
