Menu and Widget do not change language

Dear support,
until about a month ago the plugin was working correctly.

Now when I change the language, the menu and widget are not translated.

I tried to deactivate all plugins and activate only polylang but I was not successful. I tried to use the default theme but the problem always occurs.

My theme are Bridge (Qode) and I asked them for support too, but without having a positive result. In fact, the problem also occurs with the basic theme
