    Can you please try clearing the browser cache and site cache and check if the issue gets fixed or not?

    Can you please update the theme to the latest version? We have just released a new update with the theme, which might help you fix the issue.

    Just tried to update to 2.1.3 on a test copy of the site, issue still persists (also after cleaning caches & regenerating Elementor files)

    I suspect one of the plugins you’re using might be causing the problem, so please try deactivating all the plugins one by one and check if the problem resolves

    Hi Barsha,

    Thanks for the feedback!
    On a test copy I’ve disabled everything except Elementor, issue still persist.

    Note: I’m using the Elementor full page with template on this page. Might be some specific to this template?

    Issue solved 🙂

    There is a page setting in the Guttenberg editor, there is an option “enable page header” which is checked by default. Apparently, up to Zakra 2.1.0, if you made an Elementor page with the “Elementor Full Width” template, it did not matter whether this was checked or not, the header was never shown.

    It looks the template now does obey this checkbox from 2.1.1 onwards. Disabling the page header solved the issue.

    (If anyone reading this tread would be looking for the checkbox: open your page in the normal WordPress page builder, scroll down, under page settings go to the page header tab and disable the checkbox. Please do note the setting only applies to that specific page.)
