Menu bar problem

    Hello i have a problem with the menu bar. When i’m editing page everything looks normal but if i only come back to normal view its positioned at lower left side http://imgur.com/QV6yQuq . Please help

    Ok so i made one on free hosting, i set up home page and it still loks like this instead of this nice black bar https://oponyyyy.000webhostapp.com . But when i’m pesonalizing everything looks fine. Oh and ticker is not showing out when i log out.
