menu bar sub items

Hey, how can i add submenu items to my menubar pages?
(something like this blog http://erniebufflo.wordpress.com/ food -> Charelston Eats) this is my blog – http://engagedharma.wordpress.com/ my theme is Ocean Mist, can i do it with my current theme? and if not which theme will look the same + will have this feature?
