Try to deactivate the option to appear in Mobile devices and use the width trigger instead and setting it to 759px.
That should do the trick.
Clear the cache and test again. Let me know the result.

Case1: if i set the “Enable only in Mobile devices” option to OFF and the width trigger to 759px, the Mobile Menu will appear on evry device under my footer, also Dektop Link.
Its doesnt matter how many PX i set in the width trigger the Mobile Menu always appear everywhere under my footer :/
Case2: if i set the “Enable only in Mobile devices” option to ON, the Mobile Menu appear just in Chrome on my iPad, in Firefox and Safari does not appear.

When it appears under the footer is because the dynamic CSS isn’t being loaded properly. Usually, this is an HTTPS settings issue.
I confirmed this by checking the javascript console on your website. And several files aren’t being loaded due to the HTTPS settings.
