menu button at left problem in dashboard

Hi I am using wordpress 4.1.1. I was trying to create a website. I don’t know what I did I see a change in my dashboard menu bar at left. It has only the pictures not the words like post, pages, comments. settings etc. Those words used to be there before now I do not see those words along with the pictures? Can anyone help me how can I get back those words with the pictures as well in my dashboard.
