    Does it work on the theme’s demo website? If so then try deactivating all of your plugins to explore whether any are responsible.

    This is almost always the case if the menu button isn’t working. A conflict with a plugin can cause an error which prevents the menu from opening.

    If anyone else has this problem, I would recommend deactivating your plugins one at a time to see which is causing the error.
