Menu Button doesn’t work, site not responsive

    Hi All!
    Since many days I have a problem with my website. I’m using Twente Sixteen Theme of WordPress. The button MENU doesn’t work at all by telephone or tablets. On the telephone screen it doesn’t show anything, if you press it. I don’t have strange plugins inside. I added the last version of the theme.     it’s about how to resolve but I’m not able to do this, can someone help me, please? Thank you in advance!!
