What if you try to exclude the following files from Delayed Javascript Execution option of WP Rocket?
wp-content/themes/astra/assets/js/minified/frontend.min.js
wp-content/themes/astra/assets/js/minified/frontend-pro.min.js

I spent a lot of time making tests and excluding scripts from the Delay Javascript execution feature but nothing helped.
I also noticed that at the same time top admin panel is gone. Don’t know how it is connected, but each time I spot that the admin top bar is gone I know that page has also an issue with the mobile menu display.
During the time, I realized this issue is connected to Cloudflare, at least in my case.
When I purge the cache for that particular page the menu issue is gone and I have top admin bar displayed again

Repeatedly, I am having an issue with a menu item not showing up. In the menu admin area, it saved just fine. However, one item keeps disappearing on the site menu. When I go into admin and click save again (making no changes), it temporarily fixes. Then it disappears again. Not a browser issue as it occurs on others. Thanks for any input.
