Menu doesn’t show up

I just installed your plugin. I do not see the menu as it appears in your documentation as shown here: https://www.solwininfotech.com/documents/wordpress/blogdesigner/images/add_new_layout.png

Instead, I only see these two options: http://imgur.com/a/xRkVd

Also, when I post new blog posts, it appears standard and doesn’t appear to have any of the Blog Designer attributes.
