It’s normally a very easy fix but please let me help you rather than just throwing negative reviews around that don’t help anybody…

Hey there,
Thanks for letting me help you, can you pleade check and confirm the following:
1. You don’t have the Use Shortcode option turned on under the technical tab.
2. You have the wp_head() and wp_footer() calls in the themes header.php and footer.php files.
3. You have cleared any wordpres or server caches on your site.
If you can let me know that will make debugging easier and if it’s still not working we can move from there.

3. Yes.I also followed the instructions on this page: https://responsive.menu/docs/advanced-setup/shortcode/
But, nothing changed.
Just noticed that is working only on mobiles.
Well, I got it… main features only on pro version.

It’s not just working on mobiles, it is working on all devices but you haven’t increased the breakpoint width option yet.
The main features are all included in the Free version and I made sure that the Pro version wasn’t required.
Please let me know what feature you consider main that is not available in the Free version.
Can I advise you to read through the documentation, as the breakpoint option I mentioned above and having it show on all devices is covered as the first option as below:

Please consider that I have given up countless hours of my spare time to provide this free plugin and free support and the unfair one star reviews really do affect me, especially when you haven’t taken the time to ask me for help first.
