Menu dont show

Hello,
I would need help with displaying on the site.
Builder: Elementor Pro.
theme: Twenty seventeen.

I do not have a menu on the main page. I do not have any edits in the additional CSS (screen: http://prntscr.com/kqvnk7)
In the appearance – Menu – Manage Locations, I have Menu set to the Top Menu (screen: http://prntscr.com/kqvpf1).
Is it possible to show it?

My subpages are a little different, but also dont have menu. Not showing the menu is a problem.

I tried uninstalling the theme and reinstalled but did not help.
Probably the problem was because I tried some changes in additional CSS, which I did not even save (not in the additional CSS).

If you enter the page incorrectly, the content is displayed without the upper space.
