    Hello,

    WordPress doesn’t allow you to add shortcodes in the menu items.

    You can try to use this free plugin:

    But I wouldn’t know how it works as I don’t know it.

    The plugin can be used either as a widget or with a short code.

    If your theme doesn’t have a widget area in your desired location, then it’ll be possible to do that by modifying the theme files. For such task, you’ll have to contact the theme developer and ask them to add a place holder in your desired location; then they can also easily insert the short code there so you don’t need to modify any PHP file.
