Menu dropdowns for shop

Hey there,
I really would like two drop down sub menus that came down side by side under Shop on the navigation menu, one drop down which says:

Shop by item (as the title and is not clickable) on the left
Earrings
Rings
Necklace

Then on the right next to Shop by item – Shop by collection :
Shop by collection
Bear
hare
fox
bird

So looks like:
Shop
shop by item – shop by collection

Is there any way to do this? I am using Woo so I get the categories generally fine as you can see have set up the categories but side by side sub menus Any ideas? And I am guessing will have to link up in some way?
