Menu Editor on multisite doesn’t work

    I have a network of 4 sites (one main and 3 subsites)
    Under Appearance>Menus the menu editor on the main site is active and working, but on subsites the link “create new menu” doesn’t work.

    Solved
    The problem was caused by a plugin “Category Order and Taxonomy Terms Order” that was network activated.
