Hello,
You have to change your CSS. To add custom css you can use plugin: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-add-custom-css/
Activate the plugin.
and add following code inside the Custom CSS box.

#menu-main > li > a > span {
    font-size: 16px;
}
