    Hi there,

    I’m sorry to hear your site is down. It’s usually caused by a conflict between a plugin, your theme, or a recent update.

    • The Error Email: WordPress usually sends an automated email to the site administrator when this happens. It often contains a link to “Recovery Mode” and details on which plugin caused the crash. If you received that, please check that to see what is causing this.
    • Recent Changes: Did this happen right after installing a new plugin or updating your theme?

    Well Long story short I think I know why it may be due to this which I am still trying to figure out how to fix Error Your installation of WordPress prompts for FTP credentials to perform updates. (Your site is performing updates over FTP due to file ownership. Talk to your hosting company.)

    I fixed the issue I backed up with duplicator and reinstalled and it fixed it
