menu icons changing..?

Hi

My secondary menu has icons (Account or Profile, Basket, Search). Account and Basket are fontawesome 4, search seems to be dashicon. I have no cacheing enabled.

The issue I’m having is that the first 2 icons change shape (as in Icon) dependent on which page is displayed.

Please see these 3 screenshots, and the issue is highlighted.

1. Home page, in fact any page

first icon is small black man, lots of white around. Shopping cart is large.

2. Woocommerce Product Archive (i.e. Product category display)

first icon is LARGER black man, LESS white around him. Shopping cart is SMALL.

This is a little irritating, but also, the icons seem to flash a bit.. Which is not good

Any ideas / solutions
