here is it, as you can see the there is a menu of the plugin in the network site even if its nos activated in network site
plugin is only activated in primary site

@quadlayers is it possible to disable all plugins and try activate only ours (disable also ours first)?
I’m asking this because I’ve installed clean version of wordpress with multisite enabled and it worked properly on both websites. Even when I disable it from network it get really disabled.
With this we can check if it’s some kind of conflict with other(s) plugin(s).
im afraid is not possible its a live site
i can give you the list of activated plugins in network and primary site via email or other private channel
