menu is not updated

hi.
i disabled accelerator and the menu is working.
the menue is in hebrew so i kept the plugin off in order to send you a link ( i do not know how to send jpg in this forum.

this is the page that we need the menu to link to:

if you open the haburger menu & choose the 2nd item a submenu is open.
the new menu is number 4 in this sub menu.

the accelarator is enable again

what should i do in the future in order to evoide this issue? what have i done wrong this time ?
