You have a load of other things in your theme style.css file that are covering it up, namely:
#main-header, #wpadminbar
Please lower the z-index values and my menu will show.

Changed the z-index of those but no luck still.

This is an incredibly easy 30 second fix, if you want me to do it for you I can do so if you provide the FTP access.
I know you seem to think this is somehow the plugins fault, but with thousands of themes with their own styles, its impossible to cater to them all, with simple fixes available when needed.
What did you change the z-index values to and which ones did you change on what lines?
