menu issue

This isn’t something that may happen all that often however i have noticed that when toggle menu is open (on smaller screen) and the browser opened to full the menu is broken. See video below (this only happens when menu is open and size screen size is changed)

Tto get around this i have made 2 menu’s (one for desktop and one for tablet and mobile)

If you can help fix this issue so i only need to use the 1 menu that would be appreciated.
