    Hi

Well here is me thinking I’ve done it then this happens.

In the menu list one item is missing e.g.not shown. However in the menu structure it is there. Also this page is not shown under All Pages. The actual website shows the menu item as per the menu structure.

Another little anomaly is that a sub menu item shown in the menu list is not shown on the menu sturcture and accordingly is not shown on the website.

This has got me flummoxed. I thought the menu structure was derived from the menu list so how can they be at odds?

has anyone come across this before?

You will need to provide a URL to your site in order to troubleshoot.

    OK clarification
1 Parent menu item “Membership” not in the menu list
2 It is included in the menu structure
3 It is not include in the All Pages list
4 It is shown on the website with sub items

5 Another sub-item “Location/directions” is shown on the menu list
6 It is not displayed in the menu structure
7 It is listed in All Pages
8 It is not shown on the website.

    The URL is https://wwww.brackenwoodgolfclub.com

    Thanks for your interest.

I think there is a miscommunication somewhere.
What is a menu list ?
There is no page called Membership, that’s why it does’t show up in the All Pages list.
Location/Direction link is in the menu, and is a valid page.

When I click on Appearance and Menu i get two colunms.
The first on on the left is the menu list e.g. where you create
the menu. The one on the right is the menu structure e.g. the
    itemized created menu.

The menu list does NOT show the item Membership which was originally
created with three sub-menus. The menu structures shows this as it
should be. If you look on the website it is also shown.

I managed to solve the Location/Direction issue.

Maybe you have the wrong menu selected.

    Hi
If you have looked at the website you see there is only one menu. In Customise -Menu
I can view the menu I created and every item is there including Membership. It used to be in what I call the menu list but it isn’t. It is in the menu structure and displayed on the website.

In reality the website is OK and not affected, it is just annoying that it is not displayed on the menu list or in All Pages when it was there originally. It is also a custom link item so there is no need to access it.

I am just going to accept it as an unknown anomaly and leave it that.

I really do appreciate you interest, Thank you very much.
