    Hi,

    The menu highly depends on the theme you are using. We make our development tests with the Twenty Twelve theme. Please check if the menu is working with that theme. If it is working properly, could you give us the name of your theme? Also, get in touch with the author of your theme to explain him what the problem is.

    Hi

    I have tried it with the twenty Fourteen theme and it doesn’t seem to work there either.

    The theme we are using is Avada:
    http://themeforest.net/item/avada-responsive-multipurpose-theme/2833226

    This appears to be the top used theme on themeforest so hopefully should be fine!

    Can you create on our support forum a private topic with an URL where I can see the problem live (along with administrator credentials to access the customer area).

    If it does not work with Twenty Twelve, then it may be a conflict with another plugin.
