    Hi

I’m getting cracy with the vertical header. As soon as menu-item has a submenu the itel cannot be clicked anymore – only the submenu-items are cickable.

If I remove the submenu the problem is gone.

    What to do?

    Hans

    Hello @vanbrel,

    Thank you for reaching out,

Please navigate to WP Dashboard > Appearance > Customizer > Header > General > Additional Styling & Settings and change the “Submenus Dropdown Target” behavior : https://ibb.co/ZpX4p7pN.

    I hope it helps,
    Best Regards

    Hello @vanbrel,

    You’re welcome.
I don’t understand what you meant in your last reply.

You can change the option and configure it the way you want.
Both options are standard, and you can choose whichever suits you best, but the first one has been enabled by default from the beginning.

    Hope it helps,
    Best Regards

    Hi

thanks! it works and this is the import thing.

I just meant that maybe the other option should be the standard setting. But that’s really of no big importance at all.

    Thanks again

    Hello @vanbrel,

    You’re welcome
I’m glad the solution was helpful.

Just one thing, all the options are standard, what really matters is how you’ve built the website, and it’s up to you to decide how the site’s UX should work, which can vary depending on different needs.

I recommend reading the documentation so you can get familiar with all the features and apply any changes you need wherever necessary: https://docs.oceanwp.org/category/894-oceanwp-customizer.

    Hope it helps,
    Best Regards
