Hi there,
Temporary access would be the quickest way for me to get more information on what is going on. If you could, please email me the information at [email protected]
Thank you!
Apologies for the delay.
I looked around the website for a bit and have a theory. Your website is moving a bit slowly, that is the server is probably a bit bogged down. Also, your menu is very, very large. This is causing issues with saving the admin menus. Similar issues experienced here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/wordpress-menu-problem/
I would advise contacting your system administrator to set a few php settings as follows:
suhosin.post.max_vars = 5000
suhosin.request.max_vars = 5000
Also, please note a new version of Client Dash will be released sometime this year and will use a different system, one that is much more stable.
EDIT: Also, once you set those server settings, you will need to re-create the admin menu by deleting it and re-creating it.

Thanks Joel! Is there any way to save the Client Dash admin menu before deleting it, so we can restore it (instead of re-creating it)? Just checking, since it took a while to create.
Same issue here on WordPress 4.8 using the latest version of Client Dash

writingpad,
Unfortunately, I don’t believe there is. You could always not delete it, set those server settings, then go back and simply add-on the rest of the missing menu. That could work.
