When I setup JetpacCRM, I chose the menu to be ‘CRM only’.

Now, if I change the ‘Menu Layout’ setting to ‘Full’, the menu does not change.
If I change the layout to ‘Slimline’, ‘Jetpack CRM’ becomes it’s own menu option (with a bunch of submenu options), but many other menu options, for example ‘Plugins’, still do not show up.

So, how to get my ‘Full’ menu back?

Hi @mastababa,

Can you make sure that ‘Override WordPress (For All WP Users):’ is NOT checked?

Thanks.

I now see there are two ‘override’ checkboxes.

And I notice that I need to load the page again after saving, to see the changes. Just saving the changes does not immediately change the menu, even though there appears to be a page reload.

So, solved. Thanks.
