Menu links incorect

Help–please…

Go to HOME page of http://idealyouhealthcoach.com check blog page from menu see where takes you… it should be here http://idealyouhealthcoach.com/sunny-side-up-blog/

But if you go to here http://idealyouhealthcoach.com/health-information/ then click on BLOG in the menu it takes you to http://idealyouhealthcoach.com/blog/ Which is the wrong page….how can this be fixed? The only menu way to get the the correct blog page is by starting at the home page…
