Menu Messed Up
-
I wanted to edit my shop menu. The first screenshot is as it was appearing.
Now, I tried to make it so that I would no longer have the main heading Filters for Dirty Electricity. I properly got rid of the category. But then it put all the items into the MAIN menu that goes across the page. I tried all kinds of things to make that stop. THEY DID NOT WORK.
I restored my site, so when you go to it now, you will see what’s in the first screenshot.
The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Screenshot 1. Screenshots won’t upload. Takes a million years, never loads. What to do?
Hi there,
I understand how frustrating it can be when menu changes don’t work as expected and your site layout gets affected. From what you’ve described, it seems the issue is related to how your theme controls the menu display.
Since your site is using the Twenty Twenty-One theme, the menu structure and customization are handled by the theme itself rather than WooCommerce. For this reason, I’d recommend reaching out to the theme support team who can guide you on properly editing and customizing your menu without affecting your site’s layout. You can contact them here:

Thank you for your understanding.
Hi there,
We haven’t heard back in a bit, so I’ll go ahead and mark this as resolved for now. If you’d like to pick things back up later, we’re just a message away!
