Menu nav

The menu seems to always be viewed zoomed in 80% instead of getting the full width of the div container. The padding gets doubled once its in the actual size. When the actual size is fixed it becomes smaller when viewed on other laptops or desktops that have a smaller screen size as default actual size. Its not following the actual size when ive set it on the css that it should follow screen sizes for every screen resolution.
