Same here, on 4.7.4 and 4.7.5.
Version 2.4 of the plugin doesn’t show the menu anymore. Tried playing around with css which helps a bit, but still back to version 2.3.
Btw, the best menu around!

Hello Takanakui,
Thanks for your prompt reply. I can see the side menu in your preview, however when I look at the site on a smartphone, the fly out action, the background color & dimension shows properly, but the menu items are not showing.
Thanks for your help.
Charles
Hello again,
I uninstalled 2.4 and reinstalled 2.3. The mobile menu is showing again. I took screen captures of the 2.4 settings. Comparing them to the 2.3 settings, it appears that as a default in 2.4, under General Options/Advanced Options, the “.nav”, “.main-navigation” & “.genesis-nav.menu” are selected as Hidden items.
I suspect this may be what is causing the menu items to be hidden. I won’t be able to upgrade again until later, but perhaps @inapan will be able to confirm this.
Charles
I’m seeing it fine in my Moto G4 Android.

What browser and mobile device are you using? Try to purche the mobile browser cache.
Can you see it fine in desktop reducing the browser size?

I was using an iPhone 7 plus (safari & chrome – both caches cleared) and a Nexus 6P (chrome – cache cleared). The menu renders correctly now – because I reinstalled 2.3. I will try the 2.4 upgrade later.
Thanks for your reply!
The plugin is really simple & easy to use. Cudos!
Ok. If you have a staging environment and want to try it again with the 2.4 let me know so I can debug it.
If you’re enjoying WP Mobile Menu, rate and review the plugin to spread the word! Thanks

Have a good day. I have a question. How can I install the 2.3 version again? Where can I download it from? Beforehand thanks for your help.

You can download 2.3 here.

Yes, I have updated the plugin to latest version, but it isn’t working anymore. The navbar, the burger button and the logo image look fine, the problem is when I try to click on the burger button, it supose that should open the side menu (left or right menu, anyone), but it doesn’t open. I thought it was issue with other plugin, but I checked and all it’s ok. I realized that any change I do, it doesn’t do even if it save it. I inspected my WordPress site’s source code and I realize that menu is at the end of the web page without be hidden, and any action the do when I click on the burger button it doesn’t do.
I hope you could help me and beforehand thank you.
PD: I am working on my site as localhost. Sorry for my english I am a native spanish speaker.
I would like to investigate this further. Can you send me an email to [support AT wpmobilemenu DOT com]
There is this new software that allows to develop on localhost but you can also turn on/off the remote access to the local website, that way you can make it public temporarily. It’s really cool.
