I’ve got a very simple site and the main menu is not loading on mobile devices. The navigation bar is there, just no links.

Me too! Same problem over at http://www.tammyweis.com. Funny thing is I have catchbox on http://www.gigsgang.co.uk and it works fine!

Just fixed it after seeing another support ticket. Have a look at your plugins – one of them will be affecting the menu system. For me it was “WordPress Backup to Dropbox”. Deactivating that made the menu work again.
