Menu on top?

    Hi.
    It would be possible to add a third menu area, on the top?

    If I use menu in a sidebar with a widget, every item is displayed vertical, not horizontal like main menu.

    So, it would be great to add a menu area on the top, before logo area.
    Is this possible?
