We set our z-index to the standard max, 2147483647. It’s best we keep it there and you change from your side.
Please change the z-index of the menu to a number lower than 2147483647.

I search for the z-index and the greatest number i found was 999999…

Since today`s morning, the buttons “PDF” and Email do show anymore.
Apart from that, everything is printed. I mean, instead of having the main menu, header and footer widgets removed, it prints out everything.
Any ideas?

The issue you describe sounds like a z-index issue. Lower the a z-index value of the element appearing above PrintFriendly & PDF. OR, in the plugin settings, change Javascript to No.
