Menu problem – submenus not showing up

    I have added a page to one of my menus and even though it shows up in edit view, when I save the menu it is not visible on the website. Instead there is a menu option there which goes to the same page as the main menu option.

    I have scrutinized header.php, tried to use different menus in the template but I come up with the same problem. Has anyone encountered this problem before and how can I fix it? Thank you so much!

    What theme are you using? Where did you download it from?

    We use a custom built theme that our WordPress person built for us. His name is Jason King. I have been trying to get a hold of him but he has been unresponsive so far. We really need this problem solved since clients are complaining about it.

    I looked at the themes we have an apart from the custom built one which is called Arise Foundation, we have another one in there called twenty fourteen which is a wordpress theme but it doesn’t seem to be active. I just don’t know how to fix this. I was hoping someone else would have had a similar problem.

    I’m sorry but as this is a custom theme, there is very little we can do to help. We have no way of knowing exactly how this theme was put together. If you cannot manage this yourself, you may want to consider hiring someone
