Menu problems

hi
i was changing the menu on my website http://www.handmadegb.co.uk im using the product categories with sub categories but when i drag to the right to make the sub item, for some reason when i save the menu the sub items go back. so on the website menu ill have a drop down menu but i dont have one now??
