menu replacement

    I am using woo commerce and I am trying to use one menu to replace the sidebar and the product sidebar. This doesn’t seem possible to do. The only way round I have found is to create two identical menus, one to replace the sidebar and the other to replace the product sidebar. Does anybody know of a way to do it?

    What theme are you using?

    If the pages and the products on your site display the same default sidebar (e.g. Main Sidebar), it should be possible to replace it on both pages and products using only 1 content aware sidebar.
    In that case, can you show me a screenshot of your current sidebar conditions?

    If your theme has a sidebar called e.g. “Product Sidebar” that is displayed only on products by default, then yes, you will need 2 content aware sidebars.
    1 to replace the default sidebar on pages, and 1 to replace the default sidebar on products.

    Hi Joachim,

    It looks like I need two then, as both areas use distinct menus. Maybe an update for the future?
