Menu select on email doesn’t work

The easiest way to solve this is to upgrade to PRO and use disable_on_hide on your groups. See: https://conditional-fields-cf7.bdwm.be/form-tester/?hash=a0f26d733fcd8b78f330c54216871cdb

If you want to solve this problem with the free plugin, you must make sure that all field names are unique. And then in the e-mail message use a condition for each group that you have. However this solution is hard to manage because it requires multiple changes both in the email message and on the form if you want to change the groups in the future.
