"Menu Settings" section missing

Hi!

I have two local installs of multisite networks and both have Multisite Language Switcher installed. The first one I configured is fine, I added flags to the menu. But there’s something wrong with the second install – there is no “Menu Settings” section in plugin settings. I don’t know what I’m missing because I tried to recreate each step of the set up. I’ve already tried to reinstall the plugin and deactivate other plugins. Well, I’m confused. Would be grateful for any help.
