Menu Structure Truncated

    Under appearances…menus…I am creating a toggle menu with 70+ custom Links. I’m not done. I need to add 75 or so more.

    I tried doing as advised on this closed thread

    I added this code: php_value max_input_vars 2000

    To .htaccess but when I upload it to the server and initialize it breaks the site and I receive a 500 Internal Server Error.

    This is, needless to say, awful. I can’t this site. Did anyone else incur this? Any suggestions on how to resolve this? I am just stuck.

    It looks like Blue Host found the solution. First they said that I should NOT apply the patch to .htaccess file but rather php.ini file under the root of the dedicated server.

    I did so applying: php_value max_input_vars 2000 to php.ini.

    This appears, at least for now to open up the resources and enabling me to add new custom categories. I’ll be applying additional categories today.
