    Hi,

Have you edited the header in Elementor? It looks like the whole widget is missing from the left of the logo, you’ll need to add that back in.

Please also disable W3 Total Cache and make sure the Mega Menu > General Settings > CSS Output option is set to ‘Save to filesystem’.

    Thanks.

As a quick, temporary fix, you can add this to your custom megamenu.css file:

    https://pastebin.com/raw/3aGidsez

That should get your menu back working on live for the time being.

Back to the actual issue – please can you install WP Rollback and install version 3.5? Then go to Mega Menu > Tools and Clear the CSS cache. Check this file to see if the styling comes back:

    Hi,

I see you have installed 3.5, and the styling has come back (I had to add a cache buster to the URL to see the changes: https://fourdayclearance.com/wp-content/uploads/maxmegamenu/style.css?wefew)

Please try installing 3.6.1 again to confirm the issue exists in there somewhere (if it does, restore 3.5 until I have debugged the issue).

I see you have Pro installed, so please get in touch through https://www.megamenu.com/support/ and we’ll take it from there.

    Tom

    Hi,

I believe I found the issue. It is an incompatibility with very old versions of MMM Pro. There is a compatibility fix in v3.6.2 of Max Mega Menu.

    Regards,
    Tom
