Menu tabs profile is missing

    I’ve installed the plugin “Ultimate Member – Profile Tabs” and I’ve created some tabs. Everything was OK until I’ve tried to create a custom profile tabs on functions.php. Then, the menu tab has disappeared. The profile form has also disappeared, it only appears when editing it.

    I’ve deleted the code from function.php, and I’ve also uninstalled the plugin, but the menu does not appear. Does anyone know what to do?
