Menu titles screwed up

Heres a wierd problem using the Graphene theme on the latest version of wordpress.

When my site, pinellasbusinessdirectory.com first loads, the H2 and H3 headers as well as the titles in the widgets down the right hand column all start off as BOLD Then once everything else loads they return to the regular state. Which is exactly what I want. NOT bold. I fear this is causing a delay in my page load speed and well, I just don’t like it asthetically.

Can anyone help me figure out how to resolve this wierd fluctuation so that these items do not begin as BOLD unwantingly?
