Menu trigger doesn’t work in 1.6.4 | ww.wp.xz.cn

After update from 1.6.3 to 1.6.4 its not possible to “Trigger a Popup” from a Menu item. If I click “Save Menu”, the value of the trigger is empty.

I tested without other plugins and a default theme. Can you have a look at this bug?

May I found the issue. There are 2 ‘!’ in front of isset()
```
if ( ! is_object( $item ) || ! ! isset( $item->ID ) || $item->ID <= 0 ) { 
  return $item; 
}
```
