Menu visibility settings for multiple roles

    Hello,

    I’m having an issue with the User Menus plugin when setting menu visibility.

    I want Menu A to be visible only to logged-in users with either the R1 or R2 role. When I configure this in Appearance > Menus, everything seems to work fine, but after saving, only R2 remains stored. As a result, users with the R1 role cannot see the menu, which is a problem.

    I’m currently using:

    • WordPress 6.3.5
    • Avada theme 7.11.2
    • User Menus 1.3.2

    Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    Hi @brucenalli,

    Thanks for the post!

    Does your menu have a lot of menu items? Is Menu A currently near the bottom?

    If yes, could you try dragging it up to maybe first or second order, set your role settings, then drag it back to its original place if successful?
